1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Eurotogel ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses or uses the services available at eurotogel.cam. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager or game on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Eurotogel operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform offers live casino games, slot machines, togel lottery draws, sports betting markets, and related ancillary services, all denominated primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Eurotogel.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and credited bonus amounts (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or bonuses awarded to a Player's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by Eurotogel to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operating currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the eurotogel.cam website and all associated services, products, and functionalities.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is expressly illegal under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a Player's Account to a designated payment method (e.g., DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or linked bank account).

3 Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Eurotogel strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement for all casino games, lottery, and sports betting services. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification.
• You must be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Eurotogel or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform, or from any other online gaming platform operated by Eurotogel's affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Document Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Eurotogel will conduct KYC verification. You will be required to submit at least the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian citizens, or a valid passport for non-citizens).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account linked to your registered mobile number).

KYC documents submitted will be reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Eurotogel may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Eurotogel will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You agree to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and recreational purposes.
• You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unfair advantage through collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when accessing the Platform.
• You understand that the Platform is provided "as is" and that Eurotogel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any service, game, or betting market.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Eurotogel accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). All deposits are processed in MYR unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is RM30.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within minutes. In rare cases of technical delays, please contact our support team. Eurotogel does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your name and has been used for deposits. Eurotogel reserves the right to require matching deposit and withdrawal methods (e.g., if you deposited via Touch 'n Go eWallet, withdrawal must also be to Touch 'n Go eWallet). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods, public holidays in Malaysia (including Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali), or when pending KYC verification may take longer. Eurotogel is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Eurotogel reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation for large transactions. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, abuse, or Terms violation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Eurotogel offers various bonus promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Malaysian festive occasions.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity period, minimum deposit threshold, and eligible games. These will be stated on the promotion detail page at the time of the offer.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a RM100 bonus carries a RM2,000 wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Only the real-money portion of a Balance may be withdrawn while bonus requirements remain outstanding.
• Eurotogel reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus is credited to an Account and a wager is placed, the offer cannot be reversed.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at a time, unless Eurotogel specifies otherwise in a promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for single-Account use only. Using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

Eurotogel employs monitoring systems to detect irregular wagering patterns that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds, wagering exclusively on high-RTP games where bonus wagering is not contributing meaningfully, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any Account found engaging in such activity will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming transactions are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General rules applicable across the Platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Eurotogel will not reverse a wager placed by a Player due to a change of mind.
• In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or obvious pricing error affecting a bet or game outcome, Eurotogel reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• For live sports betting markets (including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, and UFC events), Eurotogel reserves the right to suspend or remove a market at any time prior to settlement, particularly where there is evidence of irregular activity or pending event information that materially affects the odds.
• Togel lottery results are determined by reference to officially declared draw results from authorised draw administrators. Eurotogel publishes draw results on the Platform as soon as they are available following official declaration.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per game category. These limits are published in the relevant game rules section of the Platform.
• Eurotogel reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any Player at its discretion, including where a Player is suspected of professional or syndicate betting behaviour.

9 Responsible Gambling

Eurotogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of player-protection tools which Players may activate at any time through their Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration. The Platform will prompt a break upon reaching the limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gambling may request self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the selected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Players may opt in to receive periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current session and their net win/loss position.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or Account credentials.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or collusion with other players or Platform staff.
• Deploying automated tools, scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit without genuine risk.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider without first attempting resolution through Eurotogel's official support channels.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Eurotogel staff or other players through any communication channel.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Eurotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A Player is suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or financial crime.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Eurotogel is required to do so pursuant to applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• A Player requests self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling tools.

Upon closure of an Account for a reason attributable to the Player (e.g., fraud or Terms breach), Eurotogel reserves the right to withhold any or all funds within the Account pending investigation. Where closure is not attributable to Player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure), any real-money Balance will be refunded to a verified payment method within 5–10 business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eurotogel's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Eurotogel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Eurotogel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Eurotogel does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside Eurotogel's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, and government regulatory actions) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the Eurotogel brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, and software, is the intellectual property of Eurotogel or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from Eurotogel.

Unauthorised reproduction or misuse of Platform content, including use of the Eurotogel brand in a misleading or deceptive manner, constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Eurotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory direction.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eurotogel holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's right to seek legal recourse in their jurisdiction of residence to the extent permitted by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact Eurotogel's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Eurotogel is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, Players may refer the matter to Eurotogel's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, details of which will be provided upon request.
